Corporate Director of Revenue Management

Department: Unassigned
Location: , CA

Who We Are

At Imprint Hospitality, we acquire and manage small to mid-sized independent hotels in destinations we love. We are not a brand. We are not a big box management company. We are a purpose-driven team that leads with integrity, collaborates with intention, and grows with curiosity, guided by EOS, Patrick Lencioni, and the Growth Mindset.

Our mission is simple: leave a positive Imprint on the communities we serve, the guests who stay with us, and the owners who trust us with their investments. We are entering an exciting phase of growth, and we are looking for the right revenue leader to grow with us.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Corporate Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue strategy across our portfolio of independent destination hotels. This is a fully remote, corporate-level role.

You will not have a brand system to lean on. You will not inherit a playbook. What you will have is the autonomy to build one, a team that genuinely values what you bring, and a portfolio of hotels in places people want to be.

What You Will Do

  • Own revenue strategy across the portfolio, including pricing, inventory, yield, and distribution.
  • Continue to build the revenue management playbook that scales with Imprint's growth.
  • Position rates proactively in advance booking and short-term windows.
  • Navigate peak, shoulder seasons and off-peak periods with equal skill, maximizing revenue and GOP for each period.
  • Identify ancillary and total revenue opportunities across F&B, parking, spa, and other fees.
  • Preparing Revenue for annual budgets and re-forecasts, when needed.
  • Coordinate with marketing for a strategic balance of promotions and ad spend distribution.
  • Assist with monthly financial write ups for ownership groups.
  • Periodic meetings with ownership groups to discuss revenue performance, strategies and forward-looking estimates.
  • Competitive set analysis and OTA set up for new hotels.
  • Coordinate with group sales for quotes and group blocks.
  • Ad hoc analysis to ensure that rate is being maximized.
  • Lead weekly revenue calls with General Managers and Regional Directors.
  • Mentor GMs to become confident, active participants in the revenue process, not just recipients of strategy.
  • Analyze STR and Lighthouse data to identify competitive positioning opportunities and stay ahead of the market.
  • Evaluate and optimize distribution channels for both reach and cost-per-acquisition.

Who You Are

  • You are as comfortable in an independent hotel environment as others are inside a brand system.
  • You can explain a complex pricing strategy to a GM in a 15-minute call and have them walk away energized, not confused.
  • You take ownership of your results and bring solutions, not just problems.
  • You are drawn to destination markets and the unique rhythm of seasonal demand.
  • You lead with curiosity, integrity, and a genuine love for this industry.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel to portfolio properties as required by the role, approximately 15 to 30% of the time.
  • Sufficient mobility to conduct property walkthroughs and site visits, including navigating stairs, guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while performing remote computer-based work.

What You Bring

  • 5 to 7 years of progressive hotel revenue management experience.
  • 2 to 3 years in a multi-property, regional, or corporate-level role.
  • Hands-on experience with STR and Lighthouse BI, not just familiarity, but fluency.
  • Strong working knowledge of RMS platforms PMS, CRS, GDS, and OTA ecosystems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and sharp analytical instincts.
  • A track record of communicating strategy effectively to GMs and ownership groups.

Bonus points for:

  • CRME certification from HSMAI.
  • Experience with independent or unbranded hotels.
  • Background in tertiary or destination markets with seasonal demand patterns.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

  • RevPAR Index growth across the portfolio.
  • Every property has a documented KPIs and forward-looking pricing strategy.
  • GMs are engaged and confident revenue partners.
  • A scalable Imprint revenue playbook exists and it works.

The Details

  • Location: Fully remote, based in the Western United States.
  • Travel: 15 to 30% to portfolio properties.
  • Compensation: $90,000 to $105,000 base salary plus performance bonus, commensurate with experience.
