**Job Summary:**
The Historic Taos Inn is seeking a Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in our kitchen while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to follow sanitation procedures and adhere to food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma is a plus

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
- Cook food in various utensils or grillers
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
